  Student Ambassador Scheme

  If you are a full-time student at Ashton Sixth Form College, you can apply to become a Student Ambassador.
  Student Ambassadors assist the Marketing, Admissions and Liaison Team on a large variety of events and sessions.

  Their duties include:

  • Helping College staff deliver sessions in schools,
  • Leading tours of the College campus,
  • Talking to young people about making the transition to Sixth Form,
  • Raising young people's aspirations,
  • Assisting College staff with setting up and closing down events.

  The work is flexible, with hours offered during term and vacation time, and you are only committed to the hours you  sign up for.

 Marketing Ambassador Scheme

 If you are a full-time student at Ashton Sixth Form College, you can apply to become a Marketing Ambassador.
 Marketing Ambassadors will assist the Marketing, Admissions and Liaison Team on a large variety of college events and online projects in promoting college life to  current and prospective students.


  Their duties include:

  • Keeping an up to date blog/ vlog/ or photo diary of college life at Ashton Sixth Form College.
  • Assisting the Marketing and Web Officer in covering college events; such as We Will Rock You, Battle of the Bands and Black History Week.
  • Attending the Marketing Forum to discuss new marketing materials and ideas.
  • Working with Student Ambassadors during college events such as Open Evenings and Taster Days.
  • Assisting College staff with setting up and closing down events.

  The work is flexible, with hours offered during term and vacation time, and you are only committed to the hours you  sign up for.
