Access to HE Diploma (Health Science Professions)

This is a level 3 course and provides a pathway to - Nursing, adult nursing, midwifery, paramedic science, and other health and social care related degree courses.
English and Maths are embedded into the programme but there is also the opportunity to study GCSEs in English, Maths, or Science at evening classes alongside the Access programme.
The course is aimed at adult learners returning to study who wish to pursue a career in a health-related profession and progress to degree-level study.
The overall cost of this course is £3384. If you are age 19-23 WITHOUT a Level 3 qualification, the course will be free. If you are 24+, you can apply for a student loan. Student Finance England will 'write off' any outstanding Advanced Learner Loan balance you owe for an Access to HE course once you complete a Higher education course. This means you do not have to repay it.

Awarding Body
This qualification is awarded by Skills & Education Group. Skills and Education Group Access is an Access Validating Agency (AVA) licensed by the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), to validate and quality assure Access to HE Diplomas.

Times: Tuesday at 10:30am until 4:00pm, Wednesday at 10:30am until 4:00pm, and Thursday at 1:40pm until 4:00pm
