Applications are now open for September 2024. Apply online via our "Apply Now" button.
Access to HE Diplomas can transform lives by enabling learners who do not have traditional qualifications to progress onto degree courses in higher education. Access to HE Diplomas are Level 3 qualifications that are widely recognised by universities throughout the UK, and they are ideal for adults who have been out of education for a long time.
This is a level 3 course and provides a pathway to - Nursing, adult nursing, and any other health and/or social care and related disciplines.
There is an opportunity to study GCSEs in English, Maths or Science at evening classes alongside the Access programme.
The course is aimed at adult learners returning to study who wish to pursue a career in a health-related profession and progress to degree-level study.
The overall cost of this course is £3384. If you are age 19-23 WITHOUT a Level 3 qualification, the course will be free. If you are 24+, you can apply for a student loan. Student Finance England will 'write off' any outstanding Advanced Learner Loan balance you owe for an Access to HE course once you complete a Higher education course. This means you do not have to repay it.
Please download our course information booklet for more information about the course.
