Level 2 students explored Edge Hill University

25 February 2019

Students currently studying on a Level 2 course at Ashton Sixth Form College visited Edge Hill University recently.

Edge Hill is located north of Liverpool and is only an hours drive from Ashton-under-Lyne. It opened in 1885 and is currently a 160-acre campus university.

During the trip students explored the university campus and gained an understanding of what university life would be like.

Level 2 courses at Ashton develop students learning enabling them to progress on to a level 3 programme. Trips such as this, allow students to think about their futures and make more informed decisions about their career pathways.
