Inspiring charity haircut for Little Princess Trust

6 October 2021

Faith Whelan is a Law student currently studying at Ashton Sixth Form College.

Two weeks ago her hair was the longest it had been in a very long time, reaching down to her waist after she let it grow during the lockdown.

Faith made the inspiring decision to cut her hair and donate it to someone who needs it most. The charity, Little Princess Trust, provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer. Faith made the selfless choice to help a young person who would be going through an extremely tough time.

Alongside her hair donation, Faith has also been raising money for the charity and has reached almost £300.
