Former student Chantelle Hunt returned to the Careers department at Ashton Sixth Form College.

Chantelle was an Ashton XL student on the high achievers programme. In 2016, Chantelle studied Drama, English Literature and Geography. She is currently completing her degree apprenticeship in Manufacturing Management with Heineken UK.

Heineken's history dates back 150 years and they currently sell to 190 countries worldwide, with around 84,000 employees (Heineken). The experience Chantelle is gaining as part of her degree apprenticeship will be invaluable to her success.

Whilst visiting the college, Chantelle spoke to current students about her role at the company, as well as other opportunities and careers in food and drink production. She was also able to share her knowledge and success progressing on to an apprenticeship.
