On Friday our Football Coaching students took part in a mental health workshop.

The workshop was led by City in the Community coach Stjon. 

Students focused on the stigma that can come with mental health. They also looked at the changing public perception of mental health. 

Ashton's Football Coaching course is run in partnership with Manchester City's City in the Community. The partnership gives students unique access to opportunities, guest speakers, trips and tournaments.
