Apprenticeship visit from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner

International Law firm, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, formerly known as Berwin Leighton Paisner, visited the college during National Apprenticeship Week 2018! #NAW2018

Representatives from the firm were situated in the Careers Department. Students were able to ask questions about application processes, how to get an apprenticeship and how to stand out during the process.

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is an international law firm with over 10 offices globally, including Paris, Dubai, Singapore, Hamburg and London. The Manchester office is currently based on King Street. 

The firm brought with them two ex-students. Michelle Tunney, a Team Leader at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner is an alumnus of the college.

Marissa Brown studied Law (A), English Literature (B) and Religious Studies (B) at Ashton Sixth Form College before going on to begin her apprenticeship with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Marissa began her early education at Alder Community High School.
