A-Level Media attend HOME music video day

30 January 2020

A-Level Media Studies students attended a study day at HOME in Manchester.

HOME opened in 2015 and is a hub for the creative arts in the city centre. As well as a cinema, the venue also hosts theatre and dance shows, workshops, events and more.

The A-Level study day focused on music videos and how the format of music videos has been a key element in the music industry, that has transformed in recent years.

The day was led by Dr Kirsty Fairclough, the Associate Dean of Research and Innovation at the School of Arts and Media, University of Salford.
