3 February 2020

The Growth Company visited Ashton Sixth Form College to speak to students about the apprenticeship experience.

The Growth Company works to train, educate and advise people in order for them to improve, develop their skills and progress in their careers. The company regularly visit the college to talk about their apprenticeship opportunities.

Their visit marked the start of National Apprenticeship Week 2020. This is a government led initiative encouraging people to recognise and celebrate the impact of apprenticeships. For students who are currently making important decisions about their futures, the visit from the Growth Company allowed them to find out about the range of opportunities available to them.

Throughout the week, students will continue to have a number of chances to meet with employers and apprenticeship providers to learn more about the applications processes and discover a possible career path that they are passionate about.
