Politics students join Angela Rayner for virtual Q&A

3 October 2023

A1 students studying A Level Politics had the fantastic opportunity to speak to the MP of Ashton and Deputy Leader of the Labour Party - Angela Rayner!

Angela has been to visit the college a number of times, however this occasion was a virtual chat with students, through The Politics Project.

Angela explored her personal and professional journey with students, and they also had the chance to ask some burning questions, which included:

  • Misogny
  • The cost of living crisis
  • The Labour Party
  • Climate change
  • HS2

A huge thank you Angela and The Politics Project for organising this Q&A - a very exciting opportunity for our students!
